As part of Grand Canyon University’s digital content team, I served as an on-camera host for Lopes Kitchen, a cooking series featured on the university’s primary TikTok and Instagram platforms.
Working on a structured film set, I collaborated with production staff to deliver engaging, personality-driven content while following creative direction and show formats. This experience strengthened my on-camera presence, communication skills, and ability to perform in a professional media environment.
Hosting Lopes Kitchen helped me develop confidence, timing, and audience engagement, skills that directly translate to sports broadcasting, sideline reporting, and studio hosting.
